PRICES, TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF THE STANDS
The company agrees to fullfil the following payment terms:
- 10% of the payment should be done when signing the stand booking.
- 40% of the payment should be done 90 days before the Exhibition.
- The following 50% of the payment of the stand should be done at least 35 days before the beginning of the European Rail Forum 2009.

The price for equipped stands includes:

1. Separation walls, carpet, fascia signboard with company name, lighting, power points, one table and two chairs.
2. The compulsory insurance of the Tour & Taxis, electric consumption, general security of the venue, air conditioning and heating, general cleaning.
3. The number of tickets for the Congress shown in the chart, documentation and corresponding lunches and coffee breaks.
4. The right to give the number of presentations shown in the chart. The speaker will have the right to give the presentation in English and French. The service for simultaneous interpreting is included.
5. The number of tickets for the Exhibition shown in the chart.

The price for unequipped stands includes:

1. The compulsory insurance of the Tour & Taxis, general security of the venue, air conditioning and heating, and assembly fee.
2. The number of tickets for the Congress shown in the chart, documentation and corresponding lunches and coffee breaks.
3. The right to give the number of presentations shown in the chart. The speaker will have the right to give the presentation in English and French. The service for simultaneous interpreting is included.
4. 500 tickets to the Exhibition.

Discounts
- The price of the stand will have a 7% discount, if 100% of payment of the stand fee is made before 1st of March 2009
- The price of the stand will have a 3% discount, if 100% of payment of the stand fee is made between the 1st of March 2009 and the 1st of July 2009.

Cancellation
- Cancellation of a booked stand, up to 3 months before the beginning of the European Rail Forum 2009 will be penalized with a down payment of 30% of the stand fee.
- Cancellation of a booked stand, with less than 35 days notice before the beginning of the European Rail Forum 2009, will be penalized with a down payment of 100% of the stand fee.
